Overview

Swedish Night Trains

Scandinavian Night Trains are a great way to save your prime-time daylight for sightseeing and exploring. Whether you’re taking the train from Norway at night, or traveling between the north and south of Sweden, (at more than 1,200 miles, it’s one of Europe’s longest train routes) Sweden’s night trains let you save the money you would’ve spent on a hotel room and travel while you sleep. Choose either First or Second Class — from a relaxing recliner to a private compartment to 2, 3, or 6-bunk bed accommodations. You’ll be free to dream of the spectacularly stunning places you’re visiting, as well as arrive refreshed and in the center of town.

From Stockholm to Malmo and beyond, these trains cross the fairytale landscapes of Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland with efficiency and comfort. Hungry ? Enjoy the fabulous mountain views with everything from a cup of coffee to a full dinner with wine in the dining car. Why not allow yourself to be taken care of by the friendly staff or watch a movie in the cinema car ?

The Scandinavian Night trains. A real beauty with refined features and graceful movements who can go for miles on very little fuel. Wow, sounds like some other Swedish supermodels we know.

    Fine but not great |
"The facilities are nice and the staff helpful, but there is nobody responding to what had happened in the coach I was in. There were a pair of Chinese mother and son, and they were watching movies from notebook without putting on there headset, making the whole coach filled with the loud music and sound effect. It wasn't pleasant at all, but I don't blame the train staff. "
