Station / Airport guide
Annecy is a main hub in the Rhone-Alps region of France, and the train station is located in the city center. It’s also only about half a mile away from the popular Lac Annecy, and there are buses that take travelers from the train station to popular skiing resorts in the region.
About 5,000 passengers transit through the Annecy railway station daily, so while it isn’t the busiest station, it’s certainly an important one for train travel throughout France.
