Eurostar and Thalys join forces
Your favourite cross-border trains are now part of a single Eurostar network!
All the high-speed routes you love—Paris to Brussels, London to Paris and more—are now run by the Eurostar Group! Eurostar’s expanded family includes former Thalys trains and routes, so you can cover more ground with ease. It's the same fast, reliable service you’ve grown to love PLUS the advantage of travelling with just one transporter.
Eurostar’s newly expanded network
Now you can go all the way to Germany with Eurostar! Discover the impressive cathedrals of Cologne, the offbeat fashion of Düsseldorf, or the Green Metropolis of Dortmund. If you're coming from London, you will need to make a quick change in Paris. But connections are a breeze, and most routes are direct.
Other new-to-Eurostar routes include additional cities in Belgium and the Netherlands and seasonal destinations in the Alps and the south of France. Travelling overseas after your trip to Europe? Connections to the Charles de Gaulle and Schipol Airports are now available!
Eurostar's new logo
The newly expanded network comes accompanied with a sleek and modern rebrand and a new logo, the North Star. The new logo was inspired by the Etoile du Nord, the first train service connecting Brussels, Paris, and Amsterdam. You’ll see the logo and the new Eurostar font on both the blue (former Eurostar) and red (former Thalys) trains! Train fleets and classes of service stay the same, so you’ll be able to sink into the familiar comfort of the carriages you’ve always travelled in.
Please do be aware that new policies may apply, depending on the route you choose. Double check luggage allowances, required travel documents, and how far in advance to arrive at the station. For more detailed information, please refer to our Eurostar Train Guide.
