It applies to selected routes, including London to Paris from €39, London to Brussels/Lille from €39, Paris to Brussels from €25, and Paris to Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Schiphol from €32. Standard tickets can be exchanged up to 1 hour before departure with no fee, though price differences may apply. Refunds are available for a fee of €25/£25/$40 per person per leg up to 7 days before departure; after this period, tickets are non-refundable.
