Milan to Paris through the Alps from just €29. On sale now!

Travelling in Italy and France during the off season has many advantages: lower fares, shorter lines, and more flexibility. The snow-capped Italian Alps are especially magical in winter, and Paris is full of cosy cafés and museums to duck into if you need to warm up.  Book now and take advantage of great low fares from Milan for travel dates from 06 November to 03 December. It's the perfect opportunity to add historic Turin, snowy Oulx, or glittery Paris to your itinerary.

🏰 Milan to TurinSeated at the foot of the Alps, Turin has a colourful and storied history. The one-time seat of the Duchy of Savoy has kept many of its stately architecture and royal palaces intact. Take a step back in time as you visit Turin’s many castles, from the impressive marble edifice that is Palazzo Madama to the pink terracotta façades of Palazzo Carignano and of course the Royal Palace of Turin. Continue delving into the city’s unique history at one of the many museums (The Egyptian Museum, the Museo di Arti Decorative, the Mole Antonelliana Museum). Then take a break for an aperitivo (think vermouth or vini liquorosi) at a sidewalk café and taste the legendary local chocolate, gianduja (a smooth blend of chocolate and hazelnuts). If you’re visiting in November, take advantage of CioccolaTo (the Turin Chocolate Festival).

It would be remiss not to mention the Fiat Lingotto Factory, where the iconic Fiat cars were built from 1923-1882. The factory has since become a shopping centre, but the rooftop Fiat test track is still open to visitors.

🏔️ Milan to Oulx

This charming Alpine village near the border with France is a melting pot of cultures. Despite its small size (just 3000 inhabitants), you’ll find French, Swiss, and Italian influences here. Oulx is widely known for its skiing, but it’s a great place to visit even if you don’t want to hit the slopes. In November, before the pistes open, enjoy magnificent mountain scenery and savour the cuisine of the Susa Valley without fighting the crowds. Indulge in ghinefle (local gnocchi), goffres (waffles greased with lard), and Piedmontese meats and cheeses. In the evenings, curl up with a good book near the fireplace of your resort or opt for a spa treatment at one of the Valley’s opulent hotels.

🥐 Milan to Paris

In just over six hours, you’ll find yourself in Paris, a city that needs no introduction. Europe’s most popular tourist destination takes on a new dimension in winter. There are plenty of world-class museums (the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay, the Centre Pompidou) and restaurants to duck into if it gets too chilly. The city boasts some of the best dining in the world, whether you’re in the mood for authentic street food (crêpes, waffles) or a Michelin starred multi-course meal. If you’re willing to brave the outdoors, there’s a chance you’ll be able to enjoy some light snow and catch Europe’s most famous monuments (the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe) covered in a layer of fresh powder. Most Christmas Markets open in December, so don’t forget to grab some hand-crafted souvenirs from the Ville de Lumière.

Child and youth passengers

The definition of "Child" and "Youth" varies by country and operator. This is why we ask for the age of young passengers.

Sometimes children below a certain age can travel without a seat for free. If you want to guarantee a seat for child passengers, enter '6' as the age of the child.
