All direct trains from Barcelona to Benicassim - whether you choose a Talgo, Alvia, Intercity or Regional Express service - depart from Barcelona Sants station. Alvia and Regional Express trains also serve Barcelona Estacio de França station, which is where they begin their journey to Benicassim. Apart from the once-daily Regional Express service, all trains stop five to seven times along the way, including Tarragona and Vinaros. The Regional Express trains stop much more frequently.
