It is an easy journey by train from Marseille to Sanremo. This is a key route linking the principal city of Provence with one of the finest resorts of Liguria. This rail route runs via the Riviera coast, skirting the Côte d’Azur to cross the French-Italian border between Menton and Ventimiglia.
