Understanding the Eurostar classes of service
Travelling on Eurostar trains has always been a smooth and comfortable experience, from booking to arrival at your final destination. Aligned with Eurostar’s dedication to providing an elevated experience to all their passengers, Eurostar has streamlined their classes of service. Read on for everything you need to know.

Updates to the Eurostar classes of service
If you've travelled on Eurostar trains before, you may notice that the classes of service are now more streamlined than before – precisely what Eurostar aimed to offer its passengers. Instead of having different names and conditions depending on the departure or arrival destination, there are now three simple classes of service covering everything you may need on your travels, whether you're headed to London, Cologne, Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, or one of Eurostar's seasonal summer or winter destinations in France. Loyal Eurostar passengers will also notice slight changes when it comes to ticket exchanges and refunds.
Note that all of the new details went into effect 4th November 2024.
