Yes, it’s already almost that time of year! Europa-Park is set to open for the season on March 23. Start building out your itinerary with convenient train travel from Paris to Ringsheim/Europa-Park starting from €49 or Paris to Freiburg Breisgau from €49.

Europa-Park, located in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, has something special for fun-seekers of all ages. It is home to a number of roller coasters, water rides, hotels, log cabins, teepees, a campsite, a lake that you are welcome to swim in, rafts and boats, a cinema and more! This amusement park stands out as it is still family-owned. In fact, the same family that founded it in the mid 1900s runs the park to the day.

The park was first dreamed up after a family trip to amustment parks in the USA. It first opened its doors in 1975 by the same Mack family that runs the grounds today. The Macks were engineers of amusement rides and originally founded Europa-Park as a place to showcase their rides and other products. Now, it is a building block of European childhood memories and could be a core memory for you too!

Fun facts about Europa-Park

In this world, there are amusement parks, and then there's Europa-Park. With endless rides, seasonal events, next-level themed areas and elevated dining and stays, this park will bring out the child-like wonder in visitors of all ages.

But remember, outside special events, you will still find special attractions like firework shows and musical performances around the park.

  • From the vantage point of the rotating observation globe located inside the Euro-Tower in Europa-Park, you can observe the surrounding areas, including the famous Black Forest.

Child and youth passengers

The definition of "Child" and "Youth" varies by country and operator. This is why we ask for the age of young passengers.

Sometimes children below a certain age can travel without a seat for free. If you want to guarantee a seat for child passengers, enter '6' as the age of the child.
