Q. What is the main difference between First class and Second class on the TGV (French high speed trains) ?
A. TGV’s First class includes comfortable reclining seats ; food and beverages are available for purchase at the buffet car. However, if Premier service is offered a meal is included in the fare.
Q. When can I use the self service tickets terminals for Eurostar tickets ?
A. You can use self service tickets terminals when travelling between London and Paris or Brussels on board the Eurostar.

Q. What are the classes of service which are offered on the Lyria train ?
A. Two classes of service are offered on board the TGV – First class and Second class. In First class, passengers have large seats, power sockets for portable devices and access to the bar buffet. If you are travelling in second class, you can also have access to a vast selection of meals and beverages.
Q. What is needed to retrieve an e-ticket from a terminal ?
A. To retrieve an e-ticket, you will need to enter your booking reference in the self service ticket terminal found at train stations. You can found the reference in your booking summary. In France, you will need to enter your family name as well.

A. Information on European trains schedule can be found easily and rapidly in the "start searching train tickets" menu.
Q. Why are some printing options unavailable for some products which are sold on TrainTicket.com ?
A. It depends on the train routes that you have chosen. Globally you can choose one of the three printing options available : "Print @ home", "Print @ the station" or Regular Paper tickets. Regular Paper tickets are always available for choice. However the first two methods are not always available. For the moment "Print @ home" is only available for Eurostar, ATOC and and all trains departing from and within France (domestic and international trains such as Thalys, TGV Lyria etc.). The "Print @ Home" option is only offered if the booking includes a Eurostar, Thalys, French Journeys or Spanish trains.
Q. Which European cities are served by the Eurostar ?
A. With Eurostar train you can reach Paris from London or vice-versa directly. Other major European cities and destinations can also be reached directly : Brussels, Lille and Disneyland Paris. The French town of Avignon and the Alps can be reached on a seasonal basis through a weekly connection.
Q. Can I choose whether my tickets or rail passes are delivered as paper documents or electronically ?
A. All available delivery options for how your train tickets, rail passes, and/or reservations can be issued will be presented to you during checkout.
