How To Make Your Claim:
Within 24 hours of completing your online Rail Europe booking, you’ll need to complete and submit our Lowest Price Guarantee Claim Form.
You will be asked to provide:
Your contact information (First Name, Last Name, email address, phone number)
The booking number associated with your purchase on the Rail Europe website
The description of the product for which you are making this claim
The URL of the website offering the lower price
The price quoted on the website noted above
To be eligible for the lowest price guarantee, the difference between raileurope.com’s price and that of any other web site must be $5.00 (US$) per product or more.
Your claim will be processed and you will be notified within 5 business days. If your claim is approved, you will receive the price difference refund within 30 business days after verification of your claim.
The refund will be in the form of a credit to the credit card(s) you used to pay for your booking.
All requests are subject to Rail Europe's verification.
This price guarantee is only available to US residents.
Rates published on raileurope.com are not eligible for the Lowest Price Guarantee.
