Paris to Aix-en-Provence TGV
The high-speed trains from Paris to Aix-en-Provence leave from Paris Gare de Lyon station. You’ll disembark at a station called Aix-en-Provence TGV, from where it is a 15-minute ride on a shuttle bus to the city centre. A couple of TGVs each day run non-stop from Paris to Aix, but most make one intermediate stop along the way at a dedicated TGV station on the southern outskirts of Avignon. With such an emphasis on speed, you’ll probably need to pause on arrival in Aix to allow your soul to catch up with you.
