💧 Geneva to Evian-les-Bains

At just over an hour from Geneva, the chic spa town of Evian-les-Bains is known for its namesake mineral-rich Alpine water, sourced from local springs. The water’s healing properties first came to light in the 1800s and since then it has been used for bathing, drinking and wellness treatments worldwide. Source Cachat (the most famous spring) is open for tours year-round and centrally located in the walkable village. If you’re looking for some rest and relaxation after an afternoon of tours and lakeside hikes, thermal spa treatments are readily available just about everywhere you look. Additional activities include music festivals at La Grange au Lac (a one-of-a-kind concert hall built from pine and birch), world-class golfing and cruises on Lake Geneva.

🌳 Geneva to Annecy

Cradled by the northern French Alps, Annecy is the ideal combination of urban life and stunning natural beauty. As you wander through the medieval-era Old City and admire the pristine blue green Thiou River, you’ll see why they call it the Venice of the Alps. Don’t miss the iconic Palais de l’Isle (pictured), Annecy Castle, and the Pont des Amours (Annecy’s own love lock bridge). Make sure to set off for the surrounding area before you leave. It really is the ultimate outdoor sports and adventure lover’s paradise. Take a swim in Lake Annecy, try your hand at paragliding, or explore the neighbouring mountains on foot or by bike. Choosing what to do will be the hardest part!

⛰️ Geneva to Chamonix

The bucolic mountain village of Chamonix is legendary for its ski resorts, but it’s just as impressive in the off season. The storybook town is less popular in summer, which means you’ll have more space to linger in the luxury shops, enjoy fine dining, and soak in the mountain views! Its prestigious reputation stems from the fact that it’s one of the oldest resort towns in France and boasts some of the most extensive skiing and hiking trails in the Alps. Take the Aiguille du Midi cable car for a bird’s eye view, step inside a glacier at the Mer de Glace, or get up close to local wildlife like at the Merlet Animal Park. End the day with a gourmet meal at one of Chamonix’s many Michelin-starred restaurants, serving up everything from contemporary fusion to French and Italian classics.

Child and youth passengers

The definition of "Child" and "Youth" varies by country and operator. This is why we ask for the age of young passengers.

Sometimes children below a certain age can travel without a seat for free. If you want to guarantee a seat for child passengers, enter '6' as the age of the child.
