Station / Airport guide
Designed in a classical style by architect Louis Jules Bouchot, the Avignon Centre Train Station (Gare d’Avignon-Centre) was built in 1860 on the Paris-Marseille railway line. The station is just outside the medieval ramparts and is only a few minutes’ walk from the main sights and hotels of historic Avignon.
Accessibility
Assistance is available for boarding the train or getting around the station. Please visit the the main hall of the station. Support lifts, wheelchairs and wheelchair lifts are also available.
