Bruges train station

Getting to Bruges

Station / Airport guide

The Bruges Train Station (Brugge) is located just southeast of the city center, about a 12-minute walk from Minnewater Lake. In fact, the entire city of Bruges is within walking distance! Arriving by train is the most convenient mode of transportation as car and bus traffic in the historic inner city has been gradually reduced so as to preserve the unique heritage of Bruges for both locals and visitors.

Child and youth passengers

The definition of "Child" and "Youth" varies by country and operator. This is why we ask for the age of young passengers.

Sometimes children below a certain age can travel without a seat for free. If you want to guarantee a seat for child passengers, enter '6' as the age of the child.
