The Barcelona Franca Train Station (Barcelona Estació de França) was built in 1929 and is considered Barcelona’s most beautiful station, containing marble, bronze and crystal decorations. The Barcelona Franca station is located east of the city and is within walking distance of the old town and seafront district of Barceloneta.
