Skip the Line: Best of Barcelona Tour including Sagrada Familia

Start with a drive to Barcelona's famous hill of Montjuïc, the site of the 1992 Olympic Games, which offers excellent views over the city. After a brief stop at the Catalunya National Art Museum, continue down to Plaça Espanya and on past the modernist buildings of the Eixample area.

On your way to the Sagrada Famlia, you’ll go through Passeig de Gracia, home to designer stores and two of Barcelona’s most renowned Antonio Gaudí buildings – La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.

Skip the line at La Sagrada Familia and avoid the very long queues. Your guide will give you a comprehensive tour of the exterior before taking you straight past the long lines and into the magnificent interior of this famous structure, where you will have some free time to explore on your own.

You’ll then head to the oldest part of Barcelona, the Gothic Quarter, where you’ll leave the bus and enjoy a stroll through the narrow streets of medieval Barcelona. From there, travel back to the early Middle Ages, visiting the Jewish Quarter, the Royal Palace, the original 2,000-year-old Roman temple and part of the Cathedral.

Continue to the Born district, where you’ll have free time for a quick lunch before heading to the magnificent Santa Maria del Mar church, one of the most beautiful in Barcelona, where your tour ends at approximately 1pm.

Do you want to visit Park Güell and La Pedrera?
Upgrade to the full-day tour of Barcelona, and you'll continue to Park Güell. Enjoy a guided tour of the famous city garden, where you’ll be introduced to some of Gaudí’s most bizarre creations. Finally, you’ll visit one of Gaudí’s most famous buildings, La Pedrera (1-hour). You will skip the line again, and have an hour to visit interior of the building. Your tour will then end at approximately 4.30pm.

This tour was PERFECT. We had one day to see most of Barcelona. Our group had only 11 people with our guide and a great luxury van. The mixed walking and riding from location to location allowed us to really see the entire city. We saw ALL of La Segrada Familia and never felt rushed. We walked the Gothic Quarter and toured La Pedreda and Park Guell. Two hour lunch break and lovely reasonable restaurants completed the package. Highly recommend Rodrigo

This tour is totally worth it. Our tour guide was Alex who is very energetic and provided us with personalized details of the city. We loved every single aspect of the tour and we got to see the most important things in just one day. The bus driver was also punctual and respectful. Strongly recommended.

The Guide, who told us to call her Ju was fabulous! She made everything more interesting than it would normally have been. Her descriptions actually made things come alive. Always there for ANY questions. And her small injections of some comedy made everything more fun.

A highly recommended tour helped by a passionate rendition of the city history especially on the city walking tour whereas the Gaudi-related tours spoke for itself i.e. Sagradia Famlia, Guell Park and La Predera. Our tour guide was very informative and the day long tour was good albeit a bit on the pricier side relative to other European city tours.

If you have 1 day in Barcelona this is the tour to take. You have a fast view of the main places in the city, and the entrance to Sagrada Familia, La Pereira and Park Guel. All these attractions are what Barcelona is famous for. Veronica our tour guide was really good. This tour is a must in Barcelona.

Very excellent introduction to the highlights of Barcelona. It made a great first day orientation. Skipping the line is worth the extra expense. We enjoyed an in-depth visit to La Sagrada Familia and all the other Barcelona sites included. Highly recommended

Feliciano Dominguez was our guide and he was absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable, and so proud of his city which you always like to see in a guide. We were a fairly large group and he kept us all engaged and together. The tour also included other areas such as the Cathedral and historic sites, not just Sagrada Familia. He timed our tour of Sagrada Familia for the best time for the light coming through the stained glass windows and it was awesome. He pointed out many features that I would have missed had I gone by myself plus the lines to get in are along - even in November!. I had signed up for this half day tour but was sorry I didn't sign up for the full day tour since Feliciano was so good however, I didn't have the right shoes with me for walking so much and my feet hurt. But next time...
