Q. Do you send out brochures?A. We do not send out brochures, but our brochures can be downloaded on our website or you can review our Rail pass page for a list of the passes we sell.
Q. Can I use more than one credit card to pay for my order?A. You may enter up to 10 different credit cards for a single purchase. After entering each of the credit card's information, you then modify the amount to be charged to each card. Use the "Add additional card" button to display additional credit card options. The total charged for all credit cards must match to total of the order.
Q. When I finished my booking why did I receive a message that my order requires further review?A. Some products require further review so that we can confirm your car or reserve your package. For train reservations sometimes an agent may need to confirm the train. Be assured that one of our Expert Travel Consultants will contact you if there are any problems with your order.
Q. Why is the total cost of my order doubled or more than I expected?A. When your shopping cart total adds up to more than what you expect, it usually means that you have extra items in your shopping cart. You will need to delete them before finishing your purchase.
Click "View Shopping Cart" located on the upper-right hand corner on our home page. This will show you a summary of all the products in your cart. Simply click on the delete button to remove the items you do not want.
Once you have only those items you wish to purchase in your cart, you can proceed to checkout.
Q. Why can I not delete items from my shopping cart?A. We have a pop up to confirm the deletion of all products from your cart. If you have a pop-up blocker, please disable or allow the pop up to delete the products.
Q. Do you send out maps? Where can I find a railway map?A. Maps are provided with many multiple country passes and some single country passes. We have online maps, for planning on our site.
Q. How much are the shipping fees?A. The shipping fee for regular delivery in the US is $18 via UPS for 2-3 day delivery. We also offer Express delivery in the US for $36. Canadian orders are $23 CAD for all deliveries. Shipping to the Caribbean and Central America are $35 USD for regular deliver. These rates are subject to change.
