Confirmation Code   How do I know what my Confirmation Code is?
 

Your confirmation code is included in trip confirmation and trip Reminder e-mails. It is also shown under the itinerary for each trip.

   
Self Service Kiosks   Can I change my trip at the Self-Service Kiosks?
 

No, changes can only take place through your online account. The Self-Service Kiosks are only for printing your e-tickets.

    What if my station does not have a self-service e-ticket machine?
   

In this instance, the ticket office at the station will provide further assistance.

  How do I retrieve my e-tickets at the train station?
 
Please proceed to the self service kiosks at the station.
To begin, touch the Welcome Screen Welcome Screen.

For English, please select the British flag

Select "File and Electronic Ticket withdrawal" to proceed.
Next, select “Withdrawal with a file reference number”.

Select 'Withdrawal with a file reference number'
Enter your Confirmation code at the prompt for "ticket file number" and select “confirm.” Your Confirmation code is provided in your trip confirmation e-mail.

Enter the traveler's name at the prompt and select "confirm".

Review displayed trip and select “Collect the chosen journey”.
Wait for tickets to be printed
and retrieve from the kiosk.

    What do I need in order to retrieve my e-ticket?
   

We recommend that you print out your e-mail confirmation and bring it with you to the station. All the information that you will need is printed on your confirmation e-mail.
