    "I booked first class tickets and received a third world experience. The coach was extremely shabby and dingy with very poor seating. Instead of getting a meal (as I had understood we would get according to the website) we were offered the chance to purchase (?) a sandwich which was one of the most unpleasant food experiences of my life. In addition train staff were constantly wandering through the coach making unnecessary noise and disturbance. Altogether a massive disappointment which was vastly over priced. The only good part was the end. "

    "This was a smooth transition from bus to train. It made the 7 hour total trip less monotonous to change from bus to train when coming from Venezia. Train was comfortable and beautifully scenic through the alps. Also watching the subtle changes in houses between Italy and Austria was interesting. "

    "rail euro journey was a fantastic experience- they are very efficient, give good instructions, very clean and tidy, the routes are very scenic and breathtaking- epecially the venice to innsbruck journey. few drawbacks are- in places elevators and escalators are not functioning, which makes it very difficult when you have luggage and if you are weak.otherwise the journeys are a treat- we enjoyed them.     "After leaving Prague, we were told that we had to board buses due to construction for part of the track. Train staff did not speak English and we were explained this by another passenger. We boarded buses from 1970, had to get off and reboard another train, then switch cars based on our final destination. Extremely uncomfortable, confusing, and we probably should've been told this before we even left. Lugging a 50lb suitcase on 3 different trains and a bus was not in my travel plans. I would've rented a car if I knew this would happen. "

    "I travelled first class from Zurich to Salzburg, then from Salzburg to Vienna. The trains were on time, had clear announcements, and arrived on time. The only complaint I have is that for first class, the service was not great. A snippy woman came by to sell drinks — not even a bottle of water free — and she would not accept Swiss francs for the coffee I ordered, even though we were travelling through Switzerland. She insisted on Euros, which fortunately I happened to have. You can eat on the train, but if you don't want to pay their prices, you definitely need to bring along something to eat and drink. Also, first class does not suggest luxury. This is quite an ordinary first class. On the other hand, first class is not expensive by most countries' standards, and I thought the two rides were excellent value for money. Reliability is often an issue with trains, and this one was right on time all the way. Finally, it was easy to get to the train stations in central Zurich and Salzburg, and I got off at a station in Vienna where I could catch the subway to my hotel. Very convenient. "

    "Everything was very good except three things : First the toilet was not so clean and had a bad smell. Second and very important if you wanted to drink some coffee Or water , they where very expensive so I didn't buy anything Due it was very expensive. Third and last , I couldn't charge by mobile telephone due to the voltage of the Train was 230V ! Except the above two things all the rest was very good. Thank you "
