How can I subscribe to your e-newsletter?
You can easily subscribe or unsubscribe at any time. Simply edit your preference on the home page of your user account, under the section “Between trips I read”.

What is “my entourage” used for?
For your convenience, it allows you to store traveler information for your fellow travelers, friends and family. Then, you can save time by simply selecting the travelers from that list when making a reservation. You can add or delete names or update your list at any time.

Can I change the email address associated with my account?
No, at this time it is not possible. However, if you must do so, please use the “contact us” form and we will help you update this information.

What do I need to create a Rail Europe user account?
All you need is a valid email address and a password you create to be registered with us. You may choose to save additional information like your delivery address and preferred method of payment to make it more convenient when booking future trips online. Most importantly your private data is sacred and is never shared with any third party. In fact, we don’t even look at it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
