  • How can I ensure that all the travelers in my party are seated together?

    Once your order has been completed, we confirm your seat assignments. Whenever possible, our system will seat all the travelers in your party together. In some circumstances however, this might not be possible, in which case the travelers will be seated in the closest available seats. When you receive your tickets you will see the coach (car) number and seat number on the tickets.

  • What do I need to do to apply for the promotional credit (to be used on a future booking) on my Rail Europe purchase that had been made between May 8, 2009 and June 30, 2009?
