Services at the Station
With a Premier ticket, no check in is required but platforms may close 2 minutes before departure. Important to know since you’ll have free access to the welcoming and hard to leave VIP lounge in the Cologne station, as well as the NS Hispeed Lounge in Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol and Rotterdam CS.
Travelers in a wheelchair or with reduced mobility can call the following stations in order to arrange assistance (for departure and/or arrival):
Brussels Midi train station: +32 70 79 79 79 (call in advance)
Paris Nord train station: +33 890 640 650 (call 48 hours in advance)
Cologne train station: +49 1805 512 512 (from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
Amsterdam Centraal train station: +31 30 235 78 22 (call in advance)
The dedicated staff at the rail stations will help to board and exit the train. Note, the access ramp can only be unfolded by the station staff and not by the Thalys’ staff. Therefore, the departure and arrival station staff will need to be informed in order to provide assistance
