Seating Options

Your comfort is the priority. That's why the TGV features wider reclining seats with extra legroom, fold-down tables, foot rests, individual adjustable lights and power outlets, and compartments that offer peace and quiet. 

All trains are non-smoking,  have designated family areas, and designated cell-phone space.

Meals & Concessions

TGV bar car

Moving this fast makes you hungry. That's why you’ll find a TGV bar and shop on every train.

The TGV bar has a wide selection of meals and sweet snacks available for purchase. Here you can choose between the options offered or create your own tasty and wholesome feast from our choice of hot dishes, salads, sandwiches and dessert.  You'll find a great variety for purchase. And of course, you’re free to bring your own food, too. In all cases, you can eat at the bright and friendly bar or indulge in the comfort of your seat, whatever suits your taste.

And to make your time on board even more entertaining or productive, the TGV bar offers films on DVD, magazines, games for children, Paris Metro tickets, even USB sticks.

The TGV offers a host of on-board services and amenities to make you feel at home while traveling and refreshed when you arrive. Be sure to check your particular train for specific services offered.

Some of the services include family areas and designated cell-phone space.

You'll also find special areas for oversized luggage on board the TGV. These are located at the entrance or in the middle of the coaches. If you prefer to keep your bag with you, place it in the luggage rack above your seat.
