Alvia

Seating Options

The Alvia is one of the sleekest new additions to the Renfe fleet and has all the car amenities you would expect. Like a welcoming, sophisticated Preferente Class environment that includes an open car layout with a central aisle. Each row is three seats across, two on one side of the aisle and a single seat on the other. There is plentiful space, luggage racks, good lighting and everything you need to be productive or relax in pampering comfort that extends beyond your seat itself. And quite a seat it is, equal if not better than its airline counterparts. (And here you’re free to move around.) Of course the car is climate controlled so you never have to sweat a thing. Not how to get there. Not where to eat thanks to an included at-seat meal. But mostly, whether or not you made the right choice for your trip. That will be evident the moment you board.
