Slovakia is large; its nearly 19,000 square miles make it larger than Switzerland. Fittingly, it has an extensive rail system that often requires reservations (and in which first-class travel is highly recommended). So booking now while it’s easy really makes sense. Simply enter your ideal itinerary and we’ll give you scheduling options and instant pricing for simple, decisive planning. You can even compare city-to-city tickets to the country passes so popular in the region. Whatever you decide, you know you’ll be getting the best deal. And that’s a beautiful thing in any language.
Here’s something else everyone understands: getting more for less.
With a European East Pass, you’ll get unlimited train travel on the national rail networks of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and Hungary making rail travel even more flexible and affordable. Read more about it here, and remember its benefits forever.
Feel free to hop on and off the Slovak Republic’s trains without reservations using your pass. But reservations are recommended when traveling on international trains to and from the Slovak Republic and can be requested within 60 days of your travel date.
