Take the plane to the train! The Frankfurt Airport is one of the third busiest airports in Europe and soon will be expanding by adding a new runaway and Terminal 3. The Frankfurt Flughafen station is the largest airport train station in Germany and currently has two main terminals connected by corridors: the Fernbahnhof hosts long distance trains, with regional trains stopping at the Regional Bahnhof. Very convenient to use this station as a starting point for your German vacation, traveling by rail…of course!
