The Berlin Zoo Train Station acquired its name by being situated next to Berlin’s zoo-as you might have guessed! The station is located in the former West Berlin, near the Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche, which is a Memorial Church. The Berlin Zoo train station provides regional express and S bahn service, the former which is covered by a rail pass (S Bahn only covered east for connections to the Hauptbahnhof and Lichtenberg Stations).
