My fear for this high speed rail in the US is asking too much for the national mood. Here are some thoughts .
1. Extend trackage work in a manner that we’ll have the blessings of the freight carriers .
           2 Restore mail & the old Railway Express service to serve areas where passenger trains run
           3 Think multi-purpose in advocating for train service for instance mandate passenger trains with a mission to serve entities like the fine arts sector.
           4. The arts receive a goodly share from federal funding & private endowments . The mandating of excursions to serve cultural institutions would be both a supplement to rail service & the further promotion of the arts at a minimal public expense..And it would draw in the much needed alliances from the fine arts community .
