Hi Carla,

Great question!

Some overnight trains include showers, for example the Elipsos train has a shower in their premier seating option. Here are some details: http://www.raileurope.com/train-faq/european-trains/elipsos-train-hotel/1st-class-premier.html

To find information on a particular train, please visit www.raileurope.com and click on the Train FAQ tab, there you will find our Night trains section, which lists all of our overnight trains.

Happy Travels!

Hi,

We do not control the exchange and refund terms and conditions of the Thalys fares. They are set by the carrier. We do however offer a service called the Rail Protection Plan which allow you to make one change to your ticket or get your ticket refunded as credit toward a future purchase. This benefit can be added in complement to the ticket exchange and refund rules set by the rail carrier. Let me know if you need more information.
Best.

I have a complaint for one Thalys product - ticket "Cancellation Insurance". If I didn't read the fine print when cancelling my ticker, I would wonder if it is A SCHEME! At least, the name of "Cancellation Insurance" is misleading. Read the fine print below and feel free to laugh:

a)In the event of death, serious illness or serious bodily accident...

b)In the event of serious complications of the pregnancy...

e)In the event of convocation of the beneficiary for an organ donation..

er...Seriously?
