Skip the Line: Best of Barcelona Tour including Sagrada Familia
Explore the beauty of Barcelona on this Best of Barcelona Tour, which offers a comprehensive view of this exquisite Catalan city, including a visit to La Sagrada Familia. Perfect for first-time visitors, the tour will show you the city’s most iconic sights and allow you to discover some of Barcelona’s best-kept secrets. You'll enjoy skip-the-line access at La Sagrada Familia, so you can avoid the long queues at this popular attraction. You’ll also visit the hill of Montjuïc and the Gothic Quarter. On this small-group tour, you'll receive personalized attention from your guide.
What You Can Expect
Start with a drive to Barcelona's famous hill of Montjuïc, the site of the 1992 Olympic Games, which offers excellent views over the city. After a brief stop at the Catalunya National Art Museum, continue down to Plaça Espanya and on past the modernist buildings of the Eixample area.
On your way to the Sagrada Famlia, you’ll go through Passeig de Gracia, home to designer stores and two of Barcelona’s most renowned Antonio Gaudí buildings – La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
Skip the line at La Sagrada Familia and avoid the very long queues. Your guide will give you a comprehensive tour of the exterior before taking you straight past the long lines and into the magnificent interior of this famous structure, where you will have some free time to explore on your own.
You’ll then head to the oldest part of Barcelona, the Gothic Quarter, where you’ll leave the bus and enjoy a stroll through the narrow streets of medieval Barcelona. From there, travel back to the early Middle Ages, visiting the Jewish Quarter, the Royal Palace, the original 2,000-year-old Roman temple and part of the Cathedral.
Continue to the Born district, where you’ll have free time for a quick lunch before heading to the magnificent Santa Maria del Mar church, one of the most beautiful in Barcelona, where your tour ends at approximately 1pm.
Do you want to visit Park Güell and La Pedrera?
Upgrade to the full-day tour of Barcelona, and you'll continue to Park Güell. Enjoy a guided tour of the famous city garden, where you’ll be introduced to some of Gaudí’s most bizarre creations. Finally, you’ll visit one of Gaudí’s most famous buildings, La Pedrera (1-hour). You will skip the line again, and have an hour to visit interior of the building. Your tour will then end at approximately 4.30pm.

Our tour guide Tony was fantastic!
This is a must to get to know the city with a great informative guide, we had Judit, thanks so much, even the restaurant she suggested was the best. Skip the line, is the best option, you do not have to wait, your guide takes you through, you do not wait in line, especially when it is already so hot. Thanks Viator, good pick Judit was so good and driver Guisep.
the guide was Terrific! CAn't remember her name-from Chile. It was everything we wanted and she was so well informed. We will certainly use you again!
Perfect way to see all the sights! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips about Barcelona!
really nice trip
Brilliant tour. Guide was fantastic ... we love this city.
Excellent tour, the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We took the half-day tour, which was just enough to get an excellent overview of the city highlights. Great job!!
So worth the money! Got to see such an amazing view of Barcelona, great information about the history of the Sagrada Familia. Our tour guide was great and had a great time!

Our family totally loved this tour!!! Gemma, our tour guide was the absolute best tour guide we have ever had. Her passion and knowledge of Barcelona and all the places she showed us made us want to see more and learn more from her. She had everyone totally engaged and excited about what was around the corner. Highly recommend this tour!!!
This tour is excellent and the guide was very informative
We took the 1/2 day tour and wished we had taken the full day tour. Our guide, Feliciano, was great and the tour extremely enjoyable. All the stops were well worth the time and Feliciano's expert analysis, history lesson and descriptions of the sites we saw very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour... Just do the whole day if you have time!
Excellent tour and a must. Guide was very informative and enthusiastic. I would recommend that groups be kept small. My only complaint was that the group was not divided and we ended up with a few families with very small children who had no interest in being on the tour. This diminished the overall tour as we were always waiting for the small children. Perhaps having a choice of groups with a minimum age.
Extremely informative tour! Highly recommend. You learn so much history about the country, city, and everything it has to offer!
Jema was a wonderful guide. She definitely knew her material and made this tour very worthwhile. We chose the half-day trip but wish we had taken the full-day trip.
My wife and I took the full-day tour of Barcelona and it was fabulous. The city is beautiful and the Gaudi masterpieces are breath-taking. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We were quite impressed. We would have had to take several days to experience all the things we saw if we had done it on our own.
The tour was well organized and Juliet was extremely knowledgeable and kept us all together which at times was tough! the Sagrada Familia was simply amazing. The areas we saw exemplify the oldest parts of Barcelona rich with history.
This was a very comprehensive and informative tour. Veronica did a wonderful job with her explanations and was very engaging. We feel like we got a lot accomplished efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend.
Even on a very hot day in Barcelona, this tour was a wonderful experience. Great way to start our stay in the city learning about the area and seeing which sights we will want to go back to further explore. We did the whole day tour and I would recommend that because we really got a great Gaudi experience!
We enjoy this tour that take you for a bus ride in Barcelona, than enough time at Sagrada Familia with great information. Very good
Awesome tour and not having to wait in extremely long lines makes it well worth purchasing if you are traveling to Barcelona. A few years ago, I went to the Sagrada on my own and the line to purchase tickets was literally a mile long...
What an awesome experience! Gemma, our tour guide was excellent. This tour should be at the top of your list!
The six of us, including three grandchildren, ages 25, 22 and 14, had the best experience ever on this tour because of the knowledgeable, easy going local guide who showed us points of interest that I had never seen before and I have been to Barcelona several times.
Good Guide and Loved the tour of Sagrada Familia
