    • Rail Europe voucher is exchanged for your Prague Welcome Card.
    • The Prague Welcome Card consists of a Guide & voucher booklet. The booklet contains a 72 hour transit ticket and vouchers for attractions.
    • Vouchers are exchanged for daily tickets at each attraction.
    • Once transit ticket has been validated it is valid for 72 hours.
    • Prague Welcome Card and Guide & voucher booklet have matching numbers are are validated upon entry to each attraction.

    • JVM exchange office, main arrival hall - upper level
      Hours 6:00am - 10:00pm
    • Tourist Point office, main hall - lower level
      Hours 8:00am - 10:00pm
  • Prague Holesovice Railway Station JVM exchange office, arrival hall
    Hours 6:00am - 10:00pm
  • Pulford offices, street Fr. Krížka 4, Prague 7
    Hours Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
    Friday 8:00 - 2:00pm
