These 8-hour tours include roundtrip transportation from Reims in air-conditioned minivans, with a guided tour and entrance tickets for the Champagne monuments, a 3-course lunch, a visit to the Champagne family estate and more. You’ll even visit Dom Perignon’s tomb before returning. So pick your tour and raise your glass. You’re in the birthplace of good times.

    • Small tour groups consist of up to 8 travelers.
    • Choice of commentary in English, Spanish or French.

 

Conditions:

    • Reservation must be made at least 72 hours before tour begins. Details on making reservations are included with your voucher.
    • Travelers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their tour departure and present their Rail Europe voucher upon arrival.

      • Tour operates on Wednesdays and Fridays.
    • Eperney: Avenue de Champagne & Scenic Route
      • Tour operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
    • Tours begins at 9:00am.
    • Tours end between 5:00pm - 5:30pm.
    • Tour does not operate on December 25.
    • Once the tour has been reserved the tour is non-refundable.
    • Voucher must be exchanged within 6 months of purchase.

Where does the tour start?

To start the tour, your tour guide will be located (with a van that says “France Bubble Tours”) at  the ReimsTourist Office, located across the street from the Reims train station.

What sights will I see with each tour?
  • Reims & Champagne Heritage
    This tour includes a guided tour of Reims Cathedral, sightseeing in Reim will include the Reims Grandes Maisons de Champagne. (Some of champagne house that are members include Veuve Cliquot, Taittinger and Pommery.) Guided tour and champagne tasting at Grande Maison de Champagne Mumm, a 3 course lunch with 3 champagnes, tour of the Montagne de Reims vineyards with a champagne tasting at a family estate.
  • Eperney: Avenue de Champagne & Scenic Route
    This tour includes a visit to the Vineyards of the Cotes des Blancs and Grand Cru Villages, a tour of Moet and Chandon with a champagne tasting, visit to the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, 3 course lunch with champagne, a tour and champagne tasting at a family wine maker and a visit to Dom Perignon’s tomb in Hautvillers.
Is it possible to start in Paris and take this tour?
Yes, it is easy to take a train from Paris to Reims, where the tour actually starts. It is recommended to take a TGV train departing from the Paris Est Station at 7:57am. This train will arrive in Reims at 8:42am and you’ll be able to meet the tour. Please re-confirm times and availability for the TGV train, as schedules are subject to change.
