Your booking is important to us. We make every endeavor to get you your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Bookings are processed on Monday through Friday excluding holidays. During our busiest season, bookings may take an extra day before they are delivered.
Tracking Your Shipment
You can track your shipment online. Just go to our FAQ on 'How do I track my shipment?'. You'll need to enter the Booking Number from your invoice, which can be found at the beginning of the invoice email. Please allow at least 24 hours from the time you placed your booking before trying to track the shipment. (Some bookings may take longer.)
Passes - Standard Delivery
Passes (such as Eurail passes, Select Passes and Single Country passes, etc.). are processed on the next business day after the booking is placed. Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 days. This means that a booking placed on Monday will be processed on Tuesday and delivered either Thursday or Friday.
Passes - Overnight Delivery
Passes (such as Eurail passes, Eurail Select Passes and Single Country passes, etc.). are processed on the next business day after the booking is placed. Overnight delivery means that you will receive the pass the day after processing. This means that a booking placed on Monday will be processed on Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday when you have chosen Overnight Delivery.
Train tickets may require an additional day of handling depending on whether or not reservations are required. If additional reservations are required, we will contact you via email and can let you know at that time when you can expect your tickets. In either case, Standard Delivery will take 2 to 3 days after processing and Overnight delivery should arrive the next business day after processing.
